Abstract Submission Guidelines :

Abstract should be submitted through the email adress : Sudaneseptn@gmail.com

The submitting author must be the presenting author but may not need to be the first author of the presenting abstract. 

Each author can only submit and presenta maximum of 2 abstracts. 

The presenting author can be named as a co-author in other abstracts. 

The text below summarizes the subheading to be included in the abstract online submission: 

Title of Abstract 

Authors (Full Name, title, affiliation, city and country of presenter and all co-authors should be included)

A completed abstract with structured format should include:  Background, Purpose, Methods ,Results ,Conclusion(s) ,Implications,Key-words ,Funding ,acknowledgement, Ethical Approval

Note: The official language used in the conference is English.All abstracts and presentations must be presented in English.

Submission with pending results and study protocols will NOT be accepted.

Selection Criteria 

The abstracts will be reviewed based on the scientific values and clinical implications

All decisions made by the Scientific Committee are final

Consent, Permissions & Copyright :When submitting the abstract online, you must confirm that: You understand that the content of the submitted abstract cannot be changed after the deadline of submission. If accepted, all presentations during the Congress must include the same content and follow the same outline as that described in the submitted and accepted abstract .You have obtained the consents from all the co-authors to submit the abstract to conference. You and your coauthors agree to release the copyright to the SPTN to publish your work electronically and/or in other formats. (e.g. Congress webpage, e-program book and printed format)
